Terms & conditions

1. ENTRY: Entries are confirmed only when accompanied by a deposit or
   full payment.
2. CANCELATIONS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS LISTED BELOW ARE FIRM, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
3. THESE TERMS ALSO APPLY TO ANY TEST DAY BOOKINGS:
   1. Full refund, less your deposit, or option to re-schedule will only be
   offered no later than 4pm on the Monday, two weeks prior to
   each event.
   2. Any cancelations received after the Monday (4pm) before each
   event will forfeit the full entry fee.
   3. ‘No Shows’ on the day of the event will forfeit the full entry fee.
   4. Note: ANY CANCELATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN
   WRITING, BY EMAIL.
4. CREDIT / DEBIT CARD DETAILS: Whichever of our booking options you choose, you agree that Formula KFX, Inc. may retain your credit or debit card details, in order to receive payment(s) for your chosen event(s) on the agreed payment schedules (2-3 weeks prior to each event).
5. DEPOSITS: ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
