CANCELATIONS: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TERMS LISTED BELOW ARE FIRM, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.
1. Full refund will only be offered under extenuating circumstances, acknowledged and approved by Formula KFX.
2. Driver changes are permitted up until 24 hours prior to the event, but the Team Captain must notify Formula KFX in writing (email) of the driver change. In the event that one of a team’s drivers withdraws from the event, and a replacement driver is not found, the entry fee will remain the same and the remaining registered drivers will be required to take over the driving duties of the absent driver.
3. ‘No Shows’ on the day of the event will forfeit the full entry fee.
4. Note: ANY CANCELATIONS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN WRITING, BY EMAIL.
CREDIT / DEBIT CARD DETAILS: Whichever of our booking options you choose, you agree that Formula KFX, Inc. may retain your credit or debit card details, in order to receive payment(s) for your chosen event(s) on the agreed payment schedules.
DEPOSITS: ALL deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
